The 2023–24 Washington State Cougars women's basketball team represented Washington State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.
The Cougars were led by sixth-year head coach Kamie Ethridge and they played their home games at Beasley Coliseum as members of the Pac-12 Conference.
They were invited to compete in the inaugural 2024 WBIT as a number one seeded team.
They defeated California, Utah, Colorado and UCLA to win their first ever Pac-12 women's tournament to receive an automatic bid to the NCAA women's tournament.
They were upset in the first round by number 12 seed Florida Gulf Coast.
