The 2023–24 Weber State Wildcats women's basketball team represented Weber State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Wildcats, led by first-year head coach Jenteal Jackson, played their home games at the Dee Events Center in Ogden, Utah as a member of the Big Sky Conference.
