The 2023–24 Winthrop Eagles women's basketball team represented Winthrop University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Eagles, led by fourth-year head coach Semeka Randall Lay, played their home games at the Winthrop Coliseum in Rock Hill, South Carolina as members of the Big South Conference.

The Eagles finished the 2022–23 season 8–22, 6–12 in Big South play to finish in ninth place.
