The 2023 Dayton Flyers football team represented the University of Dayton as a member of the Pioneer Football League during the 2023 NCAA Division I FCS football season.Led by first-year head coach Trevor Andrews, the Flyers compiled an overall record of 4–7 with a mark of 2–6 in conference play, placing in a three-way tie for eighth in the PFL.

Dayton played home games at Welcome Stadium in Dayton, Ohio.
