The 2023 FIBA U16 Women's European Championship was the 33rd edition of the European basketball championship for women's national under-16 teams.

The tournament was played from 11 to 19 August 2023 in İzmir, Turkey.

The draw of the first round was held on 14 February 2023 in Freising, Germany.
