The 2023 FIBA U20 Women's European Championship was the 20th edition of the European basketball championship for women's national under-20 teams.

It was played from 29 July to 6 August 2023 in Klaipėda and Vilnius, Lithuania.

[1] France women's national under-20 basketball team won the tournament and became the European champions for the fourth time.

The draw of the first round was held on 14 February 2023 in Freising, Germany.
