The 2023 Liga Națională de Rugby is the 105th season of the top Romanian rugby union competition operated by the Romanian Rugby Federation.

The season started on 31 March 2023 and was set to end on 9 December 2023, with its final to be disputed on the Arcul de Triumf National Stadium.

Dinamo București won the title by defeating Știința Baia Mare 17-13.
