The 2023 Men's South American Volleyball Championship was the 35th edition of the Men's South American Volleyball Championship held in Recife, Brazil and organised by South America's governing volleyball body, the Confederación Sudamericana de Voleibol (CSV).

Top three of the tournament qualified for the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship as the CSV representatives.

Argentina won the championship for the second time in the tournament's 72 year history.

Brazil had previously won all South American championships with the exception of the 1964 edition, in which it did not participate in due political turmoil in the country.
