Ross Chastain won the race, with Ryan Blaney finishing second and claiming his first Cup Series championship.

As Ryan Blaney, who placed second, had the highest finishing position of the drivers who qualified for the Championship 4, he was declared the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Champion.
