Tony Jefferson Conservative Susan Juned Liberal Democrats On 29 March 2022, the Local Government Boundary Commission announced the completion of their review of Stratford-on-Avon's ward boundaries.

These proposals were approved by Parliament in November 2022 to come into force for the council elections held in May 2023.

At the election, the Liberal Democrats gained overall control of the council for the first time.

The Conservative leader of the council, Tony Jefferson, lost his seat.
