The 2023 Texas Tech Red Raiders baseball team represented Texas Tech University during the 2023 NCAA Division I baseball season.

The Red Raiders played their home games at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park in Lubbock, Texas and competed as members of the Big 12 Conference.

They were led by eleventh-year head coach Tim Tadlock.

The Red Raiders would be eliminated from the tournament in game 4, losing 1–2 against Notre Dame.
