The 2023 UMass Minutemen football team represented the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season.

They played their home games at Warren McGuirk Alumni Stadium in Hadley, Massachusetts and compete as an FBS independent.

They were led by head coach Don Brown in his second season since he was rehired, his seventh overall as head coach.

The Minutemen drew an average home attendance of 10,598 in 2023.
