They played the twentieth ranked team twice in Georgetown and Northwestern, losing both contests.

They would lose again to the twentieth ranked team in Pittsburgh to end the regular season.

As an unseeded team in the UCLA Bracket they traveled to seventh-seed West Virginia in the First Round.
