Carlos Alcaraz defeated four-time defending champion Novak Djokovic in the final, 1–6, 7–6(8–6), 6–1, 3–6, 6–4 to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 2023 Wimbledon Championships.

No ranking points were awarded for the 2022 tournament due to the ban on Russian and Belarusian players.
