The 2023 World Junior Figure Skating Championships was held in Calgary, Canada, from February 27 to March 5, 2023.
The competition determined the entry quotas for each federation at the 2024 World Junior Championships.
On March 1, 2022, the ISU banned figure skaters and officials from Russia and Belarus from attending all international competitions due to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
