The 2024–25 Atlantic Coast Conference women's basketball season promises to begin with practices in October 2024, followed by the start of the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season in November.

Conference play promises to start in December 2024 and ended on March 5, 2025.

[1] This promises to be the first season where eighteen teams compete in the conference, following the additions of California, SMU, and Stanford on July 1, 2024.
