The 2024–25 Bahraini Second Division is the 22nd edition of the second and lowest level football league in Bahrain.
They replaced Bahrain SC, A'Ali and Malkiya, who were promoted to the Premier League after respective spells of one, two and three years in the second tier.

The top two teams of the group will qualify for the 2025–26 edition of the Bahraini Premier League and the bottom two teams will qualify for the 2025–26 edition of the Bahraini Second Division.
The promotion play-offs will start on a date yet to be determined, sometime after the end of the regular season.
