If a National Association is unable to host matches, CONCACAF reserves the right to select another venue.
The November matches, which by regulation were to be held in Haiti, were initially planned to be held in Martinique, at the proposal of the Haitian Football Federation, due to the impossibility of organizing them on home soil due to the ongoing Haitian crisis.
