The 2024–25 Cal Poly Mustangs women's basketball team represents California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Mustangs, are led by third-year head coach Shanele Stires, playing their home games at the Mott Athletics Center in San Luis Obispo, California, as a member of the Big West Conference.

The Mustangs finished the 2023–24 season 17–14, 13–7 in Big West play to finish in a three-way tie for third place.

[1] They were defeated by UC Davis in the quarterfinals of the Big West tournament.

[2] They received an at-large bid to the WNIT,[3] where they would fall to Pacific in the first round.
