The 2024–25 Charleston Cougars women's basketball team represents the College of Charleston during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Cougars, led by sixth-year head coach Robin Harmony, play their home games at TD Arena in Charleston, South Carolina, as members of the Coastal Athletic Association.
