The 2024–25 Colorado Buffaloes men's basketball team represents the University of Colorado Boulder in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Buffaloes play their home games at CU Events Center in Boulder, Colorado as members of the Big 12 Conference.

They defeated Utah and Washington State to advance to the championship game of the Pac-12 tournament.

In July 2023, the school announced it would leave the Pac-12 Conference to rejoin the Big 12 in August 2024.
