In addition to the domestic league, Copenhagen will compete in this season's edition of the Danish Cup and, by virtue of winning the 2023–24 Danish Superliga European play-off match, is competing in the UEFA Conference League.

Copenhagen began pre-season training on 22 June 2024.

The team spent 4–13 July at the Hotel Kaiserlodge in Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser, Austria and played two friendlies during their time in Austria.
