The 2024–25 FA Vase (known for sponsorship reasons as the Isuzu FA Vase) is the 51st season of the FA Vase, an annual football competition for teams playing in steps 5 & 6 of the English National League System.

The draw for the fourth round proper was made on 9 December 2024.

[7] Four tenth tier clubs remain: Atherton Laburnum Rovers, Sutton United (Birmingham), Clay Cross Town, and Abbey Hulton United.

[9] The final remaining tenth tier club, Atherton Laburnum Rovers, was eliminated during the fifth round.

None of the teams remaining in this stage of the competition have ever reached the semi–finals, with Erith & Belvedere being the only club remaining to have previously reached the FA Vase quarter-finals.
