The 2024–25 FIS Ski Jumping Inter-Continental Cup, organized by the International Ski Federation (FIS), is the 2nd edition of the Inter-Continental Cup for women as the second level of international ski jumping competitions in summer and winter.

[1][2] The season started on 10 August 2024 in Hinterzarten, Germany and will conclude on 15 March 2025 in Lahti, Finland.

[3][4] Other competitive circuits this season include the World Cup, Grand Prix, Continental Cup, FIS Cup, Alpen Cup and New Star Trophy.

Annika Sieff from Italy (summer) and Tina Erzar from Slovenia (winter) are the defending overall champions from the previous season.

As a result of Katharina Schmid's victory in Zhangjiakou, it was the first time that the leader of the World Cup was simultaneously the leader of the Inter-Continental Cup.
