The 2024–25 Florida Atlantic Owls women's basketball team represents Florida Atlantic University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Owls, led by fourth-year head coach Jennifer Sullivan, play their home games at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena in Boca Raton, Florida as second-year members of the American Athletic Conference.

The Owls finished the 2023–24 season 11–19, 6–12 in AAC play to finish in 12th place.
