All matches will be played in a stadiums of team which occupied higher position in the regular season.

The semi-finals will be played over a single leg between runners-up of each III liga group.

The winner of each semi-final advances to the final, played over two legs against a 13th or a 14th-placed II liga team.

The winner of the final match will play in the II liga the following season.
