The 2024–25 Liga 4 North Kalimantan will be the inaugural season of Liga 4 North Kalimantan as a qualifying round for the national phase of the 2024–25 Liga 4.
[1][2] The competition will be organised by the North Kalimantan Provincial PSSI Association.

All matches will be held at Sei Bilal Stadium, Nunukan.
