The top two teams in the middle of league season will qualify for The 2024–25 Malaysia Cup while the top two teams at the end of the season will play in play-offs to determine which teams will qualify for promotion to the 2025–26 Malaysia Super League season.
The bottom two teams will be relegated to the Malaysia A2 League.
