The 2024–25 Manhattan Jaspers men's basketball team represents Manhattan University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Jaspers, led by second-year head coach John Gallagher, play their home games at Draddy Gymnasium in Riverdale, New York as members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

The Jaspers finished the 2023–24 season 7–23, 4–16 in MAAC play to finish in tenth place.
