The 2024–25 Nicholls Colonels women's basketball team represents Nicholls State University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Colonels, led by second-year head coach Justin Payne, play their home games at Stopher Gym located in Thibodaux, Louisiana as members of the Southland Conference.

The Southland Conference released its preseason poll on October 17, 2024.

Receiving 108 overall votes, the Colonels were picked to finish seventh in the conference.
