The 2024–25 Northwestern Wildcats women's basketball team represents Northwestern University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Wildcats, are led by seventeenth-year head coach Joe McKeown and play their home games at the Welsh–Ryan Arena as members of the Big Ten Conference.

The Wildcats finished the 2023–24 season 9–21, 2–16 in Big Ten play to finish in 13th place.

They lost in the first round of the Big Ten tournament to Purdue.
