The 2024–25 Prime Minister Cup (Women) was the tenth edition of the Prime Minister Cup Women's National Cricket Tournament, the premier Twenty20 cricket tournament in Nepal.
Nine teams were divided into two groups with the top two advancing to the Super Four.

[4][5][6] APF Club were the defending champion having won the previous season.
[7][8] APF Club won their seventh title, beating Sudurpashchim Province in the final.
