The 2024–25 Southeastern Louisiana Lions basketball team represents Southeastern Louisiana University in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Lions, led by sixth-year head coach David Kiefer, play their home games at the University Center in Hammond, Louisiana as members of the Southland Conference.

The Lions were picked to finish sixth in the conference.
