The 2024–25 Southern Illinois Salukis men's basketball team represents Southern Illinois University Carbondale during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Salukis, led by first-year head coach Scott Nagy, play their home games at the Banterra Center in Carbondale, Illinois as members of the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC).

They were upset in the first round of the MVC tournament by UIC.

Following the season, the school fired head coach Bryan Mullins.
