The 2024–25 Southern Miss Golden Eagles basketball team represents the University of Southern Mississippi during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The team, led by sixth-year head coach Jay Ladner, play their home games at Reed Green Coliseum in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, as third-year members of the Sun Belt Conference.

They were defeated by Texas State in the second round of the Sun Belt tournament.
