Piteå IF are the defending champions, having won their first Svenska Cupen in the 2023–24 season.

The second round match-ups were announced on 11 June 2024, with the teams having until 21 August 2024 to play out their matches.

If the opponents in any of the rounds 1–3 compete in different league tiers, the lower ranked team get the home advantage.

The match order and home advantages of the single round-robin tournament are predetermined according to the following schema, where A–D are as defined above.
