The 2024–25 Temple Owls women's basketball team represents Temple University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Owls, led by third-year head coach Diane Richardson, play their home games at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as members of the American Athletic Conference.

The Owls finished the 2023–24 season 20–12, 13–5 in AAC play to finish in a tie a three-way tie for first place.
