The 2024–25 Wessex Football League season will be the 39th in the history of the Wessex Football League since its establishment in 1986.

The Premier Division remains at 20 clubs, after Moneyfields and Shaftesbury were promoted to the Southern League South Division; Petersfield Town were transferred to the Southern Combination League, and Lymington Town were relegated to Division One.
Four new teams joined the division:
Division One is reduced to 20 clubs from 21 after Downton, Hamworthy Recreation and Millbrook were promoted to the Premier Division, and Andover Town were relegated.
