The 2024–25 Western Illinois Leathernecks men's basketball team represents Western Illinois University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Leathernecks, led by second-year head coach Chad Boudreau, play their home games at Western Hall in Macomb, Illinois, as second-year members of the Ohio Valley Conference.

The Leathernecks finished the 2023–24 season 21–12, 13–5 in OVC play to finish in fourth place.
