This is the sixth Super League Greece season to use video assistant referee (VAR).

The draw for the fixtures took place on Tuesday 16th of July 21:00 local time and the whole schedule for the regular season was released shortly after.

[6] PAS Giannina were relegated to Super League 2 for the first time, after 4 consecutive years playing in the top division.

After the end of the regular season, the teams ranked 1 through 4 will participate in the Championship play-offs, to determine the winner of the league and how the tickets for next year's UEFA Competitions will be split among those 4 teams, based on their final positions.

After the end of the regular season, the teams ranked 5 through 8 will participate in the Europe play-offs, to determine the last available spot for next year's UEFA Conference League 2nd qualifying round, assuming that the 2024–25 Greek Cup winner finishes in the top 4, since Super League is entitled to 5 entrants in 2025-26 UEFA Competitions.

The last available European spot will be given to the team (of those that will participate in this round) that after the completion of the play-offs, will finish in 5th place.
