The tournament was held at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in Manila, Philippines between 22 and 29 May 2024.
[1][2] The winners of the tournament, Vietnam, qualified for the 2024 FIVB Women's Volleyball Challenger Cup.
[4][5] The host Philippines defeated Australia in a straight-sets 3rd place match and took the bronze medal.
[10] Following AVC regulations, the maximum of 12 teams for the next AVC Challenge Cup was selected through the following criteria:[3] China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand which are part of the 2024 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League are ineligible to submit entries to this tournament.
