[3] Colo-Colo won their thirty-fourth league title in this tournament, clinching the championship with a 1–1 draw with Deportes Copiapó and another 1–1 draw for Universidad de Chile against Everton on the final day of the season.

16 teams took part in the league in this season: the top 14 teams from the 2023 tournament, plus the 2023 Primera B champions Cobreloa and the winners of the promotion play-off Deportes Iquique.

[6] The promoted teams replaced Curicó Unido and Magallanes, who were relegated to Primera B at the end of the 2023 season.
