The 2024 Coca-Cola 600 was a NASCAR Cup Series race held on May 26, 2024, at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina and the 65th running of the event.

The speedway was built in 1959 by Bruton Smith and is considered the home track for NASCAR with many race teams based in the Charlotte metropolitan area.

William Byron was the fastest in the practice session with a time of 29.782 seconds and a speed of 181.318 mph (291.803 km/h).
