The 2024 Critérium du Dauphiné was a road cycling stage race that took place between 2 and 9 June in the Dauphiné region of southeastern France.

It was the 76th edition of Critérium du Dauphiné and the 23rd race of the 2024 UCI World Tour.

All 18 UCI WorldTeams and four UCI ProTeams made up the 22 teams that participated in the race.
