The 2024 Four Nations Football Tournament was an international association football friendly tournament organised by Football Association of Malawi (FAM).

It took place from 23 to 26 March 2024 at the Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe.

The following four teams contested in the tournament.

The four teams competing against each other did not play in a group stage, but instead began in a round-robin semi-final.
