The eight national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of maximum 14 players, minimum two of whom must be goalkeepers.
CAF published the final lists with squad numbers on their website on 8 April 2024.
The age listed for each player is on 11 April 2024, the first day of the tournament.
