Republicans went into the 2024 election with a supermajority of seats in the state house over Democrats: 81 (R) to 20 (D).
The suburban Tulsa-based district 79, which voted for Trump by 1.4%, was the only district that Trump won in 2020 which was represented by a Democrat going into the 2024 Oklahoma House of Representatives Election.
