Barbora Krejčíková defeated Jasmine Paolini in the final, 6–2, 2–6, 6–4 to win the ladies' singles tennis title at the 2024 Wimbledon Championships.

Markéta Vondroušová was the defending champion,[3] but lost in the first round to Jéssica Bouzas Maneiro.
