A qualification tournament was held to determine nine of twelve participating teams for the 2025 AFC Women's Futsal Asian Cup in China.

This marks a first time that a dedicated tournament will be held for an AFC Women's Futsal Asian Cup.

25 teams, including Bangladesh and Malaysia who did participate in the previous edition, did not enter the qualification and were listed below.

Participating teams are seeded into four pots based on the final ranking of the previous edition of the competition.

The host associations will be assigned to each group in accordance with their seeding, following the pot allocation principles.
