Defending champion Ugo Humbert[1] defeated Hamad Medjedovic in the final, 7–6(7–4), 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2025 Open 13 Provence.
[2] It was his seventh ATP Tour singles title.
Humbert was the fourth player to defend the title since the tournament's inception in 1993, after Marc Rosset, Thomas Enqvist and Stefanos Tsitsipas.
The top four seeds received a bye into the second round.
